How is ARS operating during Covid?? 

In these uncertain times it is even more important that you can feel that you and your business are being taken care of. Here, at American Ring Source, we are here to help. We want to ensure our customers that we are here, working side by side with you to progress and restore positive growth. 

We wanted to answer some commonly asked questions about operations moving forward during this time we are shut down.

Here are a few commonly asked questions:

Are we taking new orders?

Yes, we are able to take new orders! We will begin production on orders as soon as we can open our doors and facility- scheduled to be at the beginning of May. 

Are we shipping product?

Yes! If we have the inventory, we can ship it to you, with limited access to our facility we can plan a day to ship you your products. 

How can we contact you?

Our sales associates are working remotely and are able to promptly respond to any of your questions and concerns. Both our inside and outside sales teams are reachable

Do we have reps available to talk?

Yes, we certainly do! If you have something you need to discuss right away you may call Brian Lane at 513-477-2796 or Jessica Lane at 513-368-8849 and they can answer you questions!

Can I figure out my account balance and chat with our AR department?

Of course! You can contact us anytime and we will be able to discuss your account. A reminder that we have turned off interest during these times and are very willing to work with our customers on their accounts.

We are hoping to be up and running May1st, but, just because we are not in the office does not mean we are not working for you! We hope we have answered any of your questions and are available to chat more, anytime!
